Zorlu Center nominated as the ‘World’s Best Project’ after Europe

In a ceremony held in London in October 16th, Zorlu Center and Zorlu Konak Residence projects have received the prizes they won in the Europe and Africa Property Awards 2009 organized within the scope of the International Property Awards. Zorlu Center has been nominated for the International Property Awards, which is a higher stage of the competition.

Zorlu Energy Group builds Pakistan’s first wind power plant

Zorlu Energy Group successfully completed the erection of the first wind turbine in Pakistan on Dec 3, 2008 with a capacity of 1,2 MW in Jamphir, Sindh Province.
Zorlu Energy Group’s project is the first wind farm to be built in Pakistan. After the completion of first phase by Jan 2009, the project will provide electricity to 60 thousand households.

Ýstanbul- Zorlu Center project to be built on the State Highway Directorate’s land by Zorlu Gayrimenkul has been announced as the winner among 350 projects in the 2008 Cityscape Dubai Architectural Awards competition which is regarded among the most prestigious architecture award of the world. The project has been entitled to obtain master planning award which is a special jury award in the “mixed use” category.
