Ashdod Energy
Zorlu Energy Electricity Generation Inc. purchased a 51% stake in Ashdod Energy Ltd. Co. in 2007 to carry out a cogeneration power plant investment in Israel to provide electricity and steam to industrial facilities with a production capacity of approximately 55 MW of electricity and 40 tons/hour of steam. Ashdod Energy’s other partner, Edeltech Ltd. Co., develops projects and invests in power plants in Israel.
