Zorlu Electric was established in 2003 to purchase electricity from the domestic market and duty free zones, and to carry out wholesale or direct sale activities in Turkey and to export to foreign countries. The “Wholesale License”, which was awarded to the company on October 23rd, 2003 by EMRA, has a term of 10 years.
