Textiles
We utilize nanotechnology to minimize the footprint of our products, and reduce water and energy consumption with our self-cleaning roller blinds and dust-free curtains.
We bring cutting-edge technology to daily life through innovative products, such as light-blocking and thermally insulated, air-cleaning, non-iron curtains, LED curtains, QR code duvet covers, and UV-resistant polyester yarns.
HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES & LED LIGHTING
We develop water and energy-saving household appliances and lighting products with reduced environmental footprints.
Our washing machines use 70% less energy compared to the A+++ energy class.
Our dishwashers equipped with the Aquazone technology use only 5.4 liters of water, 45% less than market average, saving up to 3 liters of water per cycle.
Our dishwashers use 20% less energy compared to the A+++ energy class.
Our washing machines use only 35 liters of water per cycle, enabling water savings of up to 30%.
Our high-efficiency LED products for industrial, street, sports and public lighting offer energy savings of up to 40%.
Vestel air conditioners use 7% less energy compared to the A+++ energy class.
LED Lighting Products
In 2021, our LED fixture sales enabled total energy savings of 1,500 MWh. This is equivalent to preventing 866 tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions.
Products Reducing Plastic Pollution
Clothing items made from plastic-based materials shed microplastics during washing, which find their way into wastewater and ultimately to waterways and oceans, causing water pollution and damaging aquatic ecosystems. In response to this challenge, we have developed new washing machines equipped with patent-pending microfiber filtering systems to reduce water pollution. Furthermore, in 2021, we joined APPLiA’s Consortium on Microplastics Release to play a more active role in global efforts in this direction.
