Screen Reader Software
We offer audio guidance through the "screen reader" software for our visually-impaired users. Defined keys in the keyboard act like a mouse. A versatile control mechanism from visual narration to switching between menus is guiding our users throughout the entire process. For example, if a key defined for visual fields is defined as space bar in the keyboard, then another key enables to go forward and backward between menus. Within this process, our users are guided in a detailed way through voice commands. In brief, our visually-impaired users can easily perform any mouse function with the help of a keyboard.

Subtitle Option
A subtitle option is available regarding all videos for our hearing-impaired users.

Page Refresh Feature
When system changes are made on a website, the relevant site is automatically refreshed to reflect such changes. The page currently visited by the user may also change during this refresh. In order to facilitate this process especially for our visually-impaired users, our system does not reflect page updates during their visit. Thus, our users' visit is not interrupted while they receive information.

Voice Command
Our visually-impaired citizens are guided through voice commands regarding the page visited by them. For instance, "Now you are visiting the home page", "Press shift to watch the video" and so on.

Language Options
Our website is guiding our users through voice commands in the language they prefer on the screen reader.

Fixed Search Area
The search area is kept fixed in the same place to facilitate the browsing experience of our users within a certain page. Thus, our disabled users can easily navigate the site through the guidance of screen without losing this area.
