With the aim of being a leader in decent work, we develop programs focusing on gender equality, equal opportunities, inclusion, diversity and accessibility across the entire Zorlu Group. When designing these programs, we give priority to including groups who face or are vulnerable to discrimination, and to employ practices related to their challenges.
